I know I have resisted this for a long time now. I wasn't ready. I always felt I needed more time to sort out my life. Do things my way and find myself in the process. Be my own boss and not live under the protective (read dependent) shelter of anyone else. The way I look at it, this point signified the end of me and the beginning of another person I don't particularly want to be.
I cant exactly say that I have found all the answers now but I think we have reached a sort of common ground, My mind and I. We have come to an agreement that its time. This need not be the end of me as I once thought, only an opportunity to make a fresh start. Start of a long journey that doesn't exactly promise to be all fairytale-y but its going to be exciting for sure. Start of a lot of new things (and emotions I suppose) and its going to be a journey of self discovery and thats always my favorite kind :)
